The Planning & Zoning Division strives to provide effective solutions to assist projects in getting through the development process as smoothly as possible. The Division staff also ensures that all proposed development meets the City's standards set out in various documents which include Zoning Standards, Parking Standards, Signage Standards, Subdivision Standards, and Engineering Standards.
