The City of La Mesa Police Department offers many different services to our residents. Please see the following sections for more information.


Child Safety Seat Installations

The La Mesa Police Department is available to provide carseat installations or inspections on a first come, first serve basis on the first Tuesday of every month from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Please note that there is a charge of $46 for non-residents. See the Child Safety Seat Inspection flyer or call 619.667.1400 for more information.
