Our new online registration system went live in January 2014. If you have not taken classes since January 2014, you will need to create an account.

Our swim instructors are available to teach private lessons to children and adults. Each lesson is 30 minutes in length and can be tailored to your specific skills and goals. Please call the pool office at 619.667.1494 to schedule a lesson.

Master’s Swim Team: 5:15 am - 6:15 am, Monday-Friday
Youth Water Polo (ages 8 & up): 4:15 - 5:45 pm Tues/Thurs
Adapted Aquatics: 10:30 - 11:30 am Saturday (Call for information)
Starfish Swim School for Teens and Adults: 6:00 - 7:00 pm Mon/Wed
Watercise & Water Walking: 6:00 - 7:00 pm Tues/Thurs
Dolphins Special Olympics Swim Team: 10:30 am - 11:30am Saturday

Planning a birthday party or your next family event? Make it a splash at the La Mesa Pool! Rental includes use of the pool facility and supervision by our trained lifeguards.
