Downtown Village Parking Permit Program Renewal
Renew Your Permit
On Tuesday, December 17, 2019, the City will begin accepting applications for Downtown Village parking permits covering the 1st quarter of 2020. All existing permit holders and/or those wishing to purchase new parking permits should follow these steps to renew existing or purchase new Parking Permits:
- Read the appropriate Downtown Village Parking Permit Program policies and procedures document.
- Complete the application in fillable PDF format (either the West-End Application Form or ).
- Print and deliver the completed application form, along with a check in the appropriate amount to City Hall, either by mail or in person, between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:30 pm, no later than December 31, 2019. Credit and debit cards are accepted if paying in person. Please note City Hall is closed on alternate Fridays and will be closed on Friday, December 27, 2019. There is no grace period for expired permits and vehicles displaying expired permits are subject to citation on January 2, 2020 or any time thereafter. If purchasing Downtown Village Parking Permits in person at City Hall, you may use a major credit card.

Note: Please be aware that Downtown Village Parking Permits are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and that supplies are limited. On January 16, 2020, any unsold parking permits will be made available for sale to any interested purchaser(s).
