On September 15, 2016, the city will start accepting applications for parking permits covering the 4th quarter of 2016. All existing permit holders and/or those wishing to purchase new parking permits should follow these steps to renew existing or purchase new Parking Permits:
Read the appropriate Parking Permit Program policies and procedures document.
Deliver the application form, along with a check in the appropriate amount to City Hall, either by mail or in person, between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:30 pm, no later than September 30, 2016. There is no grace period for expired permits and vehicles displaying expired permits are subject to citation on October 1, 2016 or any time thereafter. If purchasing Parking Permits in person at City Hall, you may use a major credit card.

Note: Please be aware that Parking Permits are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and that supplies are limited. On October 15, 2016, any unsold parking permits will be made available for sale to any interested purchaser(s).
