Tips for Requesting Park Permits Online

You can view and request park use permits online. Once your online account has been activated, you want to navigate to the City of La Mesa parks page at
• Click on the big green RESERVE ONLINE button
• Click on Reservation Requests
• You will be prompted to enter your username and password
• Enter the event type, either a picnic area or inflatable park use permit. Enter the name of your event and the number of people you are expecting. Please note, events with over 49 people will need to be booked directly through the Facilities Specialist at or 619.667.1307
• Choose the facility (park) where you would like to have your event and click the select box
• Specify the date and time
• You will be prompted to initial the park policy waiver
• Continue and enter your credit card information
• An approved park permit will be sent to your email address within three (3) business days
